About us
ReuniTree is made by GAINIVO. We built it so no family loses its stories: so your great-grandparents' names, Grandma's recipes and the road each of you took don't disappear with the last person who remembered them.
In short
- Who makes it
- GAINIVO
- Who it's for
- Any family, especially families spread across states and countries
- How to reach us
- hello@reunitree.com, and a real person writes back

Why ReuniTree exists
It happens in almost every family. The people who know the stories are the oldest ones. They tell them at Thanksgiving, at a wedding, at a funeral, and nobody writes them down. Then one day they're gone, and the names, the dates and the reasons go with them.
And families don't live in one place anymore. Cousins grow up in different states, some have never met, and the photos are scattered across a dozen phones. ReuniTree is one private place where the whole family saves its story together, each from their own phone, so their kids and grandkids get to keep it.
Made so anyone can use it
We built it for Grandma, not for a genealogist. One question at a time, big letters, and plain words: we ask "What's your mom's name?", not "add parent." "I don't know" is always an answer, everything can be undone, there's no password to remember and nothing to download, and if someone isn't great with phones, a kid or a grandkid can help with one tap.
What we promise, in writing
This is what our terms say, in plain English:
- One payment
- $49 for the first 100 families, then $79. No monthly fees. Only the person who starts the tree pays; your family joins free.
- 15-day guarantee
- If it's not for you within 15 days, email us and get all your money back, no questions asked.
- Just for your family
- Your tree is private: only the relatives you invite can see it. What your family uploads belongs to you, and we never sell it or use it for ads.
- It gets passed down
- In "My account" you choose who inherits it. And you can download it anytime: the family book to print, and the file genealogy programs open.
A tip
What we don't do
We don't do DNA tests and we don't search old records. ReuniTree is for your family to build its tree with what you know and what you remember together. If you're looking for a 100-year-old record, public archives are made for that (FamilySearch, for example, is free), and whatever you find there goes into your tree.
How to reach us
Email hello@reunitree.com. A real person writes back, not a bot.
People also ask
Who's behind ReuniTree?
GAINIVO. ReuniTree is its product for families, and you can reach us at hello@reunitree.com: a real person writes back.
Is ReuniTree free?
Not quite: one person pays once ($49 for the first 100 families, then $79), and everyone else joins free. No subscription.
Is ReuniTree legit?
Everything we promise is in writing in our terms: the price, the 15-day guarantee, and that what your family saves belongs to your family. And if it's not for you within 15 days, you get your money back.
Is there a ReuniTree app?
There's nothing to download: it opens in the browser on any phone or computer, and you can add it to your home screen like an app.
