How we take care of your information

ReuniTree is a product of GAINIVO. Here's what we keep when you join the waiting list, what we use it for, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we keep

Only what you type in the form: your name, if you give it; your email (or phone number, if that's what you gave us); and where your family is from, if you say. Also the date, the language of the page and, if you came from an ad, the name of that campaign. Nothing else.

What we don't keep

We don't keep your IP address or any details about your phone or browser. As on any website, Cloudflare, which hosts it, sees the address of whoever visits so it can show them the page. This page doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you around other sites.

What we use it for

To write to you when ReuniTree is ready, and to understand where the families who want to use it come from, which helps us build it better. We don't write to you about anything else.

Who sees it

Only the ReuniTree team. We store it with Cloudflare, in the United States, which hosts this page and its database. If you gave us a phone number and we message you there, the message goes through your phone company or WhatsApp. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until ReuniTree opens and a while after, or until you ask us to delete it. If two years go by and we haven't written to you, we delete it ourselves.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we keep about you, correct it or delete it, and stop getting our messages whenever you want. Write to hello@reunitree.com and we'll answer within 20 days. This applies wherever you live, in Mexico or in the United States.

Children

This page is for adults. We don't ask for information from children under 13. If you think a child gave us theirs, write to us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If any of this changes, for example if we start measuring visits that come from an ad, we'll update it here and change the date.
